Role Description :

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our team, with a strong focus on the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions. This role requires a professional who is proficient in Power Automate, including both Cloud and Desktop flows, and has a solid understanding of the full RPA lifecycle. You will be responsible for creating robust and scalable automation solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- RPA Development : Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows).

- Integration : Build integrations with various systems, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and Outlook.

- API & Data Handling : Implement API calls and JSON parsing to integrate different applications and data sources.

- Problem-Solving & Analysis : Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, applying a strong understanding of the RPA lifecycle.

- Testing & Version Control : Adhere to testing methodologies and utilize version control systems to ensure the quality and stability of automation solutions.

- Power Platform Expertise : Work with other Power Platform components such as Power Apps and Dataverse, and leverage tools like AI Builder to enhance automation capabilities.

Technical Skills :

- Robotic Process Automation : Expertise in Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows).

- Power Platform : Strong understanding of Power Apps, Dataverse, and AI Builder.

- Integrations : Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and Outlook.

- Web Services : Knowledge of JSON parsing and API calls.

- Methodologies : Understanding of the RPA lifecycle, version control, and testing methodologies.

Education :

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Required Experience :

- Overall : 6 - 8 years of professional experience.

- RPA-Specific : A minimum of 3+ years of experience in RPA.

- Power Automate : 1 - 2 years of experience with Power Automate and Desktop flows.
