About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with extensive experience in Microsoft Power Automate and Desktop Flows to design, build, and manage automation workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) principles and a proven track record of delivering scalable automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows).

- Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify automation opportunities and translate them into efficient workflows.

- Conduct process assessments and feasibility analyses to determine automation suitability.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing automations for optimal performance and reliability.

- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including design specifications, test cases, and user guides.

- Adhere to RPA best practices, ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance in all automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

Mandatory :

- RPA Development: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience.

- Microsoft Power Automate: Minimum 4+ years of practical experience in automation design and deployment.

- Desktop Flows: Strong experience (4+ years) in creating, configuring, and managing desktop-based automation.

Good to Have :

- Experience integrating Power Automate with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, or other Microsoft 365 services.

- Exposure to process analysis, optimization, and workflow orchestration.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Overall Experience: Minimum 7 years in IT, with at least 4+ years in RPA (Power Automate & Desktop Flows).

- Must Have: Proven hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop Flows).

Note :

- Candidates with experience limited to UiPath or Automation Anywhere will not be considered.

- Power Automate expertise is a distinct and non-interchangeable skill set.
