Job Description

About the role :

- This is a HANDS-ON role with a passion for understanding problems & opportunities, envisioning solutions, designing & developing end-to-end automations with Blue Prism RPA platform and VBA. The position brings deep SME knowledge and proven delivery experience in the RPA domain.

- The role is 70% focused on new projects and 30% on providing production support.


Education :


- A university (4-year) bachelors degree in computer science is a must-have.

- Any scripting knowledge is added an advantage

- Having Blue Prism Professional Developer certification is added an advantage.


Prior Experience :


Must haves :


- Must have a minimum of 3years in VBA development and MS SQL.

- Must have a minimum experience of 3 years developing and deploying botbased automations using latest version of the Blue Prism platform.

- Must have a minimum experience of 1 years performing Blue Prism administrative tasks like user management, scheduling, monitoring resources & capacity, resolving exceptions & issues, and moving packages across different environments.


- Must have the technological curiosity and skill to convert a business problem to a technical problem from an Automation perspective.

Nice to have :


- Prior experience with Power Automate, Power pages and Dataverse is a plus.


Responsibilities :


Day-to-day :


- Work with the business leaders to analyze and understand the current state of the business processes, identify solutions for the TO-BE state.


- Develop the TO-BE design that addresses the core needs adhering to the Blue Prism design principles & conventions.

- Unit test and UAT support

- Track issues, bugs and fix them in a timely fashion.

- Monitor, refine & improve processes and workflows based on customer feedback.

- Create and maintain automation related documentation like PDD, SDD, DFD.

the operations.

- Critical thinking, analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude

- Possess fluency in English and excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Be able to clearly articulate the - what, why, when, where, who and how.

- Be able to function in an environment where the team is virtual and geographically
dispersed.
