Job Summary :

We are seeking a results-driven RPA Developer with 5-10 years of experience and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Power Automate. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in designing and implementing automation solutions using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop. You will play a key role in building robust, scalable RPA workflows, integrating them with chatbots and other services, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- RPA Development : Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop.

- Integration : Integrate RPA workflows with chatbots and third-party services using API integration and automation.

- Programming & Scripting : Use your skills in programming languages like Python, Node.js, and Java to develop and enhance automation solutions.

- Cloud Platforms : Integrate automation solutions with cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP.

- Agile & Collaboration : Work within an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align automation initiatives with business goals.

- Mentorship : Mentor junior developers and enforce clean code practices and coding standards.

- Performance : Focus on performance tuning and building scalable workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 5-10 years of experience in RPA development, with a mandatory minimum of 3 years on Power Automate.

- RPA Tools : Extensive hands-on experience with Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, and Java.

- Cloud & API : Experience with Azure, GCP, and API integration.

- Methodology : Strong background in Agile development.

Added Weightage : Exposure to Dialogflow CX and Microsoft Copilot Studio is a plus.

Soft Skills : Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills.
