Job Title : RPA Developer - Nintex Foxtrot

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Nintex Foxtrot and Automation Anywhere (A360).

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process automation requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Build and manage bots, workflows, and automation scripts for end-to-end process automation.

- Work with databases to create and optimize queries and stored procedures for data-driven automation.

- Integrate automation solutions with REST/SOAP APIs, handling JSON/XML data formats.

- Automate repetitive tasks such as email processing, SharePoint workflows, and object cloning processes.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues and errors in automation processes.

- Develop reusable scripts using VBScript, PowerShell, or Python to enhance automation capabilities.

- Prepare technical documentation including process flows, design documents, and solution architecture using tools like Visio, Draw.io, and Confluence.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and compliance guidelines in RPA development.

- Provide post-deployment support and continuous improvement for existing automations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development with Nintex Foxtrot and Automation Anywhere (A360).

- Strong knowledge of database management (SQL queries, stored procedures).

- Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP) and working with JSON/XML.

- Proficiency in object cloning, email automation, and SharePoint automation.

- Solid understanding of error handling, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

- Knowledge of scripting languages like VBScript, PowerShell, or Python.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Self-motivated and quick learner with a passion for process automation.
