In this role you will be responsible for :

- Develop and maintain Kofax RPA solutions to automate business processes.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements.

- Design, configure, and optimize automation workflows using Kofax Kapow.

- Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to interact with databases as needed.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to automation processes.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of RPA bots and implement improvements.

- Integrate RPA solutions with other applications and systems.

- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users as necessary.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance RPA capabilities.

Must :

- 4+ years of experience in RPA development with a focus on Kofax.

- Proficiency in Kofax Kapow and its various components.

- Mid-level proficiency in SQL for database interaction.

- Knowledge of UI Path is an additional advantage.

- Familiarity with other RPA tools and technologies is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
