About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer (Blue Prism) to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Blue Prism automation development, process optimization, and strong technical problem-solving skills. Youll work closely with business and IT teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy across operations.

Job Description :

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism RPA development.

- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, lifecycle, and best practices.

- Proficiency in Blue Prism components : Process Studio, Object Studio, Control Room, and Work Queues.

- Good knowledge of OCR and document understanding

- Experience with exception handling, logging, and debugging in Blue Prism.

- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and web services integration.

- Banking domain knowledge is an added advantage

- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Blue Prism Developer Certification preferred

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Blue Prism automation solutions.

- Maintain and support existing Blue Prism processes and resolve any production issues.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, documentation, and security.

- Monitor and optimize bot performance and resource utilization.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for automated processes.

- Work with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure proper bot deployment and scheduling.
