Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPA Developer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions using Blue Prism. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, process owners, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into automated processes. Your work will directly contribute to improving operational efficiency, reducing manual errors, and freeing up valuable resources for more strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop RPA solutions using Blue Prism, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to gather requirements and create detailed process documentation.

- Test and debug RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.

- Deploy and monitor RPA solutions, providing ongoing support and maintenance.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and trends to continuously improve our automation capabilities.

- Mentor junior RPA developers and provide technical guidance as needed.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism.

- Proven experience in analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities.

- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience with other RPA platforms is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 7 - 11 years of relevant experience in RPA development.
