Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain RPA solutions using Blue Prism and Power Automate.

- Implement automation for SAP, MS Office Suite, databases, and GUI-based applications.

- Create and integrate Python scripts for specialized automation tasks.

- Design and implement OCR solutions for multi-language document processing.

- Optimize automation performance for large datasets and high-volume transactions.

- Implement retry logic, error handling, and alerting mechanisms.

- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.

- Maintain process documentation, including AS-IS, SDD, and workload volumes.

- Support control room operations and monitor bot performance.

- Participate in POCs involving AI/LLM tools for OCR and unstructured data.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development (Blue Prism required).

- Experience with Power Automate and Python scripting.

- Strong understanding of SAP and MS Office automation (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Knowledge of OCR tools and multi-language automation (Japanese preferred).

- Experience handling large datasets and mitigating performance issues.

- Familiarity with error handling, retry logic, and alerting systems.

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

- Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
