We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive RPA Business Analyst to support our automation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with RPA tools and strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements

- Identify automation opportunities through process assessment and feasibility analysis

- Prepare key documentation including BRD, PDD, and SDD

- Work closely with RPA developers to translate business needs into technical solutions

- Support in UAT planning, execution, and feedback gathering

- Drive continuous process improvement using automation and digital tools

- Maintain clear communication across business and technical teams

Required Skills :

- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least some exposure to RPA

- Working knowledge of tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and process documentation

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
