Senior Software Specialist
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Software Specialist to become a key leader within our IT team.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary subject matter expert for our critical software systems, responsible for architecting robust data integrity strategies, leading complex technical issue resolution, and driving strategic collaboration with our Head Office IT team.
This position is for a seasoned professional who can not only solve problems but also proactively improve our systems and mentor others.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex software breakdowns and issues, leading the diagnosis and resolution of problems to minimize operational disruption.
- Serve as the key liaison between our local team and the Head Office IT Team, driving collaborative problem solving efforts, sharing critical insights, and implementing long-term strategic solutions.
- Lead the software deployment and integration for various projects, including system configuration, advanced troubleshooting, and providing expert-level user support and training.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of best practices, documented solutions, and technical procedures to empower the team and improve efficiency.
- Champion the continuous improvement of IT processes, system stability, and security protocols.
Qualifications :
- Educational Background : B., B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA, M.Sc.(Computer Science), B.Sc.(Computer Science), or a Graduate with demonstrated Computer Hardware Knowledge.
Skills & Competencies :
- Expert-level troubleshooting skills for a wide range of software applications, operating systems, and networked environments.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components and their interaction with software for advanced
diagnostics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead discussions, coordinate with diverse teams, and clearly articulate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
