About the Role :

We're hiring an experienced Product Manager in Gurgaon to own the strategy and execution for our core platform services and internal APIs.

You will define the roadmap for our foundational technology, ensuring it supports and accelerates the development of all customer-facing products. This role is highly technical and requires a strong understanding of software architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define the product vision and strategy for the core platform, internal tools, and APIs, aligning them with overall company goals.

- Own the product lifecycle from ideation, requirements definition (PRDs, User Stories), and prioritization to launch and iteration.

- Work closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to define technical requirements for scalable, reliable, and secure platform services.

- Utilize data analytics to monitor platform performance, measure the success of features, and inform future development decisions.

- Manage the product backlog and lead the team in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Communicate technical product updates, trade-offs, and strategy effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in a Product Manager role, preferably for a B2B or Platform/API product.

- Solid technical background (prior experience as an engineer/developer is a plus).

- Proven experience defining API strategy and managing platform-level features.

- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Demonstrated ability to use data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, etc.) to drive product decisions.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of effective stakeholder management
