About the Role :

We are seeking a Principal Data Scientist in Gurgaon to lead our efforts in developing cutting-edge Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.

You will be responsible for end-to-end model development, from research and prototyping to production deployment, directly impacting our core business intelligence and customer-facing products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and validation of complex Machine Learning models and predictive analytics systems.

- Focus on research and application of Generative AI (LLMs) and Deep Learning techniques to solve novel business problems.

- Develop and productionize models using Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).

- Implement best practices for MLOps, including model monitoring, versioning, and continuous training.

- Translate ambiguous business problems into well-defined data science and engineering tasks.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into the final product.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in Data Science or ML Engineering, with a strong research background (MS/PhD preferred).

- Expert proficiency in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.

- In-depth knowledge of Deep Learning and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.

- Proven experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and working with large language models (LLMs).

- Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI Platform).

- Strong statistical modeling, data analysis, and communication skills
