About the Role :

As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will drive the cultural and technical transformation of our infrastructure and delivery pipeline. Based in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a robust, automated, and secure cloud environment, focusing heavily on Kubernetes orchestration and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and manage scalable, high-availability cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure using Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Design, implement, and optimize the CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps) for faster and reliable deployments.

- Spearhead the adoption and management of Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration.

- Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Splunk.

- Automate operational tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go).

- Define and enforce security best practices across the infrastructure and pipeline.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.

- Deep expertise in a major cloud provider (AWS or Azure).

- Mandatory hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker.

- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, especially Terraform.

- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and best practices.

- Excellent scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation
