About the Role :

We're looking for a highly technical Technical Product Manager to own the roadmap for our core platform and customer-facing APIs.

You will act as the critical link between engineering teams, product marketing, and external partners, ensuring our technical foundation meets current and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Platform and API offerings based on market analysis and internal stakeholder needs.

- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, concise, and prioritized epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.

- Work closely with Architecture and Engineering to define system design, technical requirements, and non-functional requirements (scalability, latency, reliability).

- Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and technical design to launch, adoption, and iteration.

- Monitor key platform performance indicators (API usage, latency, uptime) and recommend technical optimizations.

- Own and maintain clear, developer-friendly API documentation (e.g., OpenAPI/Swagger).

Required Technical Skills :

- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) : Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working closely with distributed engineering teams.

- API & Architecture : Strong practical knowledge of RESTful API design, authentication methods (OAuth 2.0), and event-driven/microservices architectures.

- Cloud & Infrastructure : Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), container concepts (Docker), and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).

- Data & Analytics : Experience using data and analytics tools (SQL, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) to make product decisions.

- Technical Communication : Proven ability to read basic code/logs, understand technical trade-offs, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Tools : Proficient with product management tools (Jira, Confluence) and API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI)
