Key Responsibilities :


- Development of robotics system blocks using ROS2 and other suitable packages

- Independently develop technical solutions for complex problems using strong logical thinking and technical skills.

- Development of autonomous navigation systems incorporating features such as collision/obstacle avoidance, path planning, SLAM, etc

- Identify suitable sensors, actuators, and other payloads and evaluate their compatibility for integration with the EyeROVs robotic platforms

- Integration of a variety of sensors, actuators, and other payloads with ROS2-based robotic systems

- Contribute to the development of hardware and firmware of embedded robotic systems

- Enhance the performance and field reliability of EyeROVs products.

- Provide technical training, documentation and support to internal and external users

- Mandatory Skills :

- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.

- Good programming knowledge in C++ (preferably) and Python.

- Experience in developing robotics systems using ROS2. (ROS experience can also be considered)

- Strong understanding of communication protocols like UART, SPI, I2C, RS232, RS422, RS485, Ethernet etc.

- Ability to understand technical documentation of devices, especially APIs and communication protocols.

- Working knowledge of Linux shell scripting

- Working knowledge of networking and protocols like TCP/UDP

- Excellent documentation skills, including writing clear and concise code and technical documents.

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work independently
