- Good knowledge of OTRS with 2+ total years of experience.

- Experience with Perl or Python is mandatory.

- Experienced in using Git, GitHub and GitLab

- Good knowledge of the Linux environment

- Experience with MySQL, MariaDB and/or PostgreSQL

- Support and maintenance of our OTRS & OTOBO

- Support and maintenance of our open-source add-ons

- Implementation of customer requirements

- Maintaining add-ons, technical issues around OTRS & OTOBO

- Improving and maintaining our internal tool Strong skills in communicating, implementing and achieving business objectives and goals

- Strong organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups and departments, strong delegation skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing work.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills along with effective written and verbal communication skills.

- 2 years of working experience in OTRS

- Should have a good degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar subject or have industry related experience
