Skills :

Responsibilities :

- Lead/Mentor the team of 4-6 Dev ops with complete ownership of deliverable

- Work closely with Platform team and dev teams in driving he Kubernetes and CI/CD adoption

- You will be the SME for driving containerisation, Helm Chart creation, CI/CD and Kubernetes onboarding. You will own the plan and execute the plan working closely with CI/CD, Kubernetes and cross functional dev teams

- Work closely with dev team to containerisation of apps and onboarding services to CI/CD platform and kubernetes

- Work closely with CI/CD platform team to drive CI/CD best practices across teams

- Unblock teams with any tech issues or blockers

- Discuss priorities with Engineering and Product Management leadership teams..

- Responsible for updating the progress status, calling out blockers which are hindering the progress.

- Containerisation

- Review the Containerised applications & Helm charts. Make sure that it adheres to the best practices

- Containerisation of stateless and stateful applications

- Helm chart creation for stateless and stateful applications

- Contributions to base images

- Helm charts/operators for tech stack deployments

- CI/CD Onboarding

- Make sure all the containerized apps are onboarded to CI/CD platform. Signoff the best practice adherence

- Implement/manage development, feature, and pre-production environments with reliability guarantees

- Stateless and Stateful service deployments in any environment

- Review the service dependencies

- Work with Platform teams to write data providers to seed the tech stack specific data (Example: mysql, hbase, elasticsearch etc)

- Work closely with functional/dev teams to help them with creating dev team specific data provider utilities to seed and manage data

- Contribute in metadata management, tagging and classification of the data,

- Automate key metrics for ci/cd, environment and data services

- Monitor application and infrastructure and identify opportunities to improve performance & reliability

- OnCall support for CI/CD, Environment and Data Services support
