We're looking for a Frontend Developer Lead who can bring creativity, leadership, and technical excellence to our growing engineering team.

You'll lead the design and development of intuitive, high-performing, and scalable front-end applications that power RoadCast's cutting-edge logistics platform.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of frontend engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and regular code reviews.

- Design, develop, and maintain dynamic user interfaces using Angular (version 10+) and modern web standards.

- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into elegant and efficient user experiences.

- Drive architecture discussions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance across applications.

- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and UI consistency.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Conduct performance testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure smooth user interactions.

- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and frameworks, identifying opportunities for innovation.

- Participate actively in sprint planning, product discussions, and technical documentation.

Requirements :

- 5-8 years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.

- Strong hands-on experience with Angular (10+), Ionic, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and RESTful API integration.

- Experience with responsive design, state management, and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with build tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Willingness to work from the office and lead by example.
