As a Senior Technical Leader in Bangalore Engineering with over 12 years of experience you will play the role of Architect or Technical leader in SAAS application full stack development, cloud technologies, and software architecture to drive product strategy, mentor engineers, and enhance product adoption.

You should have strong technical, communication, and problem-solving skills along with expertise in backend programming (Python, FastAPI), UI technologies (Angular/React), microservices and containerization technologies.

What You Will Do :

- Develop and execute a long-term team vision while balancing short term commitments for the team.

- Architect and lead the product development strategy to fulfil Business objectives

- Work with Product Management, Engineering leads and Customer facing groups to elevate Product adoption

- Provide strong engineering leadership/mentorship to other engineers and raise the technical bar for the entire team, promoting high performance team culture

- Demonstrate deep technical expertise and promote teamwork

- Deliver software with benchmarked quality and customer satisfaction, thereby enabling faster customer adoption.

- Develop products and solutions with Innovation and creativity

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate :

- BE/BTech or ME/MTech or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent from reputed institute/college/university

- 12+ years of experience in Design, Development and end-to-end execution.

- Expertise in Full Stack Development, Web Application development, Microservices, Containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes

- Strong Experience with Cloud Providers like AWS, Azure, OCI and GCP.

- Expertise in Python, FastAPI, Angular/React, relational and non-relational database technologies

- Strong technical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.

Highly Desirable Skills :

- Experience in Networking, Application development for Cloud services.

- Ability to develop highly scalable and performant services while efficiently managing Cloud spends.
