Role Overview :

Were looking for a Manager with a strong technical project management background to lead partner onboarding, API integrations, and solution delivery across our InsurTech platform.

This role requires a blend of technical understanding, project delivery expertise, and partner management skills.

You will coordinate across product, engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure seamless deployment and post-launch support for partner integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Project Delivery :

- Own the end-to-end delivery of partner integration projectsfrom requirement gathering to go-live.

- Understand partner system architecture and map integration points with Riskcovrys APIs and microservices.

- Collaborate with developers and architects to resolve integration issues and ensure data flow consistency.

- Track sprints, milestones, and dependencies using tools like Jira or Asana.

Partner & Stakeholder Management :

- Serve as the primary technical liaison between partner tech teams and Riskcovrys internal squads.

- Translate technical requirements into actionable plans and align all stakeholders on delivery timelines.

- Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and post-implementation feedback.

Solution Design Support :

- Work closely with product managers to design and scope integration solutions that fit partner use cases.

- Support solution demos, API documentation reviews, and sandbox environment testing.

- Ensure partner configurations align with Riskcovrys platform standards and compliance policies.

Risk & Quality Management :

- Identify integration risks early and define mitigation plans.

- Validate deliverables through structured UAT and quality control procedures.

- Maintain documentation for each integration, including architecture diagrams and version control.

Qualifications & Experience :

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.

Experience :

- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical project management, API integrations, or partner delivery in a FinTech, InsurTech, or SaaS environment.

- Hands-on experience coordinating with software engineering teams.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and software deployment cycles.

- Proficiency in tools like Postman, Jira, Confluence, and Git
