Risk Engineer

Description :

We are currently hiring for the Risk Engineer profile.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and failure mode analysis across operations and projects.

- Evaluate technical systems, equipment, and processes to identify vulnerabilities and recommend preventive measures.

- Support insurance surveys, audits, and compliance reviews by preparing risk-related reports and documentation.

- Monitor operational, financial, and environmental risks, ensuring effective controls are in place.

- Collaborate with project teams, engineering and compliance departments to embed risk management practices.

- Prepare risk assessment reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior Management.

Key Skills & Competencies :

- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies (FMEA, HAZOP, Bow-Tie Analysis, etc).

- Familiarity with ISO 31000, ISO 45001, and other risk/safety management frameworks.

- Excellent analytical, good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in crossfunctional teams.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering.

- Certification in Risk Management (IRM, ISO 31000, or equivalent) preferred.

- Experience in insurance risk surveys, safety audits, and industrial risk assessments will be an advantage.

Experience :

- Minimum 3 year experience.
