About the Role :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Analyst, specializing in Data Privacy, to join our team in Bangalore. In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for leading the entire risk management lifecycle, with a particular focus on data privacy and protection within our organization. If you have a deep understanding of GDPR, possess expertise in risk management frameworks, and are adept at collaborating with diverse teams, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities :


- End-to-End Risk Management : Lead the complete risk management lifecycle, encompassing risk identification, assessment, analysis, mitigation planning, and implementation across various organizational functions.

- Data Privacy & Protection : Apply your in-depth knowledge and experience in GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), broader data privacy and protection principles, and Risk Management best practices.

- Tool Proficiency : Utilize and optimize various Risk Management tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

- Framework Development : Design, implement, and regularly update comprehensive risk management checklists, templates, and reporting mechanisms to ensure consistent and effective risk oversight.

- Risk Documentation & Reporting : Develop and maintain a robust risk register along with all associated documentation, ensuring clear, concise, and up-to-date records.

- Global Standard Alignment : Ensure that our risk management practices are meticulously aligned with leading global standards such as ISO 31000 (Risk Management - Guidelines) and ISO 27005 (Information Security Risk Management).


- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work collaboratively with diverse teams across different regions, providing expert guidance on data privacy and risk-related matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience : 5-7 years of proven experience in a Risk Analyst or similar role, with a strong emphasis on data privacy.

- Data Privacy Expertise : In-depth knowledge of GDPR, comprehensive data privacy and protection principles, and relevant compliance frameworks.

- Risk Management Proficiency : Proficient in using various Risk Management tools and methodologies.

- Standards Familiarity : Familiarity with international risk management standards, specifically ISO 31000 and ISO 27005, is highly preferred.

- Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders across different regions.

- Analytical Acumen : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify, assess, and mitigate complex risks.

- Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
