What role looks like :

We are looking for a hands-on, contributor role SDE II/III for an AI/ML Engineer with a specialization in Generative AI and Agentic AI. You will work as a key member of our AI team, responsible for the development and implementation of our agentic systems and generative models. You'll collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to turn innovative ideas into functional, production-ready features. This role is perfect for a talented engineer who is eager to deepen their expertise and contribute directly to the core technology that defines our product.

What you'll Deliver :

- You will be responsible to build and integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI features into our SaaS platforms.

- Develop LLM-powered workflows, including RAG pipelines with vector databases.

- Experiment with AI agents for task orchestration, automation, and decision-making.

- Work closely with senior engineers and product managers to translate business use cases into AI-first product features.

- Optimize AI pipelines for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.

- Contribute to best practices, documentation, and continuous learning within the AI team

Ideally, What You Bring :

- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, at least 2-3 years in GenAI/Agentic AI.

- Practical experience with Generative AI, including working with foundational models like GPT, Llama, or Gemini.

- Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM frameworks : LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, Haystack, CrewAI, AutoGen.

- Strong proficiency in Python and its AI ecosystem (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face).

- Experience deploying AI models in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure), with a solid understanding of API development.

- Familiarity with SaaS engineering practices : microservices, APIs, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with core software engineering principles, including version control (Git),

- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Bonus Expertise :

- Experience fine-tuning or customizing LLMs (LoRA, adapters, distillation).

- Background in multimodal AI (text, image, speech, video).

- Contributions to open-source AI tools or frameworks.

- Experience with AI observability tools (LangSmith, Traceloop, Arize AI).

- Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and compliance.
