We are actively seeking a Support Engineer, Oracle EBS.

This role is based in India, Hyderabad.

Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Oracle experience consultant, including 11i, requires deep expertise in core modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), strong functional skills for support/implementation, configuration, testing (functional/integration), user training, requirement gathering, solution design, and proficiency in SQL/PL/SQL, plus excellent communication for stakeholder management across support, upgrade, or new project lifecycles in R12 and 11i environments Candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, managing configurations, and ensuring financial data integrity and compliance with statutory accounting requirements in different regions.

Key responsibilities :

Ideal candidate should Provide in-depth functional support, configuration, and troubleshooting for GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and optionally Project Accounting.

- Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design solutions.

- Configure EBS modules, prepare test scripts, perform functional testing, and support UAT.

- Resolve complex user issues, liaise with Oracle Support, and manage system compliance.

- Create functional design documents, solution designs, and process flows.

- Develop training materials and conduct core user/end-user training.

- Engage with business users, technical teams, and project managers.

Required Skills :

- Deep understanding of core finance processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report).

- Hands-on SQL/PL/SQL skills (for analysis/debugging), familiarity with System Admin tasks (Menus, Responsibilities, Users).

- Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

- Excellent communication (written/oral), problem-solving, leadership, and client management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Oracle Localization (e. India GST/TDS, GCC VAT).

- Exposure to T&R(Tax and Regulartory) Solutions.

- Experience in understanding the data corruption issues and suggest the necessary data fix.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Added advantage with Oracle Certifications.

- 8-10 years of experience in EBS Oracle Financials.
