We are actively seeking a Support Engineer, SAP C4C.
This role is based in India, Hyderabad.
Position Summary :
The software engineer (C4C) is responsible for sustaining, enhancing and optimizing SAP cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions in production environment, ensuring high availability, performance and business continuity for customer facing processes.
The role combines incident / problem management, minor enhancements and continuous improvement of C4C and its integration.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities :
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP C4C resolving incidents, service requests and problems within agreed SLAs.
- Analyze recurring issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes or optimizations in C4C.
- Configure and maintain C4C objects such as business roles, work centres, UI layouts, code lists, workflows and approval processes.
- Develop and maintain C4C extensions using ABSL, BODL and SDK including custom business objects and logic.
- Support integration between C4C and S/4 HANA, non SAP systems ( e., via CPI, REST/SOAP services).
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business key users and other AMS teams to ensure stable end-to-end processes in sales, service and customer support.
Technical Skills :
- Candidate should have min of 5-8 years of experience in implementing and managing projects.
- Strong hands on experience in C4C (Sales / Service ).
- Knowledge and experience in C4C configuration ( scoping, fine-tuning, org model, territories, activities, tickets, leads/opportunities etc.
- Experience in C4C SDK, ABSL scripting, BODL, Custom Bos and PDI extensions.
- Designing and troubleshooting C4C integrations using SAP CPI or similar middleware, REST/SOAP APIs, IDOCs / ODATA.
- Preferred to have S/4 HANA or SAP ERP process related to SD/CS and their interaction with C4C.
- Preferred to have CPI iFlows, mapping, error handling and monitoring.
- Write clear and logical reports, program documentation, and instructions.
- Work effectively and independently on assigned projects.
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with administrators, technical and functional team members, and users.
- Train system users effectively.
- Meet established priorities and schedules.
- Learn and apply new concepts in information technology.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new frameworks/technologies and quickly integrate with them for automation of service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Language : Fluent English is mandatory; any other international languages is a plus.
- Work Experience : 5 to 8 years.
- Work Location : Hyderabad, India.
- Working hours : 2 : 30 PM to 11 : 30 PM (IST).
