RF Hardware Design Lead

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in RF hardware design, specifically for space or satellite communications.

- Extensive knowledge of RF system architecture and design principles.

- Hands-on experience designing, testing, and deploying RF systems in space applications.

- Strong proficiency in RF simulation and analysis tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS).

- Experience with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, KiCAD) for high-frequency applications.

- Familiarity with RF testing equipment and methodologies (e.g., spectrum and network analyzers).

- Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
