This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai for a Senior Business Analyst. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough business analysis to identify and bridge gaps between business processes and technology. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, developing business process models, and conducting data analysis to inform decision-making. The role requires frequent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Qualifications :

- Strong Analytical Skills and experience with data analysis

- Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding of business processes

- Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder interactions and requirement gathering

- Ability to document and define Business Requirements effectively

- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

- Relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA) are advantageous

- Must have experience in Finance and Insurance Domain
