- Design and Development : Lead the development and implementation of complex automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Flow), including both cloud and desktop flows.

- Integration : Integrate Power Automate solutions with various Microsoft 365 Apps (Outlook, SharePoint Online, Teams) and external systems using standard connectors and custom HTTP requests.

- API Utilization : Utilize REST APIs for seamless data exchange and integration between Microsoft services and other third-party applications.

- Email Automation : Develop and maintain advanced Outlook Add-ins & Macros using Office JavaScript API and VBA to automate email-centric tasks.

- Web Technologies : Apply knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JSON for building custom connectors, formatting data, and designing interactive elements within automation solutions.

- Azure Integration : Implement and manage complex serverless workflows using Azure Logic Apps as required, often in conjunction with Power Automate.

- Troubleshooting & Optimization : Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing automation solutions for performance, reliability, and security.

- Documentation & Governance : Create and maintain technical documentation, and adhere to best practices for governance, security, and lifecycle management of Power Platform solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Core Automation : 3+ years of extensive hands-on experience specifically with Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).

- Office Automation : Proven experience in developing Outlook Add-ins & Macros utilizing Office JavaScript (JS) API for modern add-ins and VBA for legacy solutions.

- Microsoft 365 Expertise : Strong working knowledge of key Microsoft 365 Applications including Outlook, SharePoint Online, and Teams, and their respective APIs/connectors.

- Web/Data Technologies : Proficiency in using REST APIs for data operations, and a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JSON for data manipulation and interface customization.

- Cloud Services : Experience in designing and implementing solutions using Azure Logic Apps.

Good to Have Skills :

- Certifications : Possession of Microsoft Power Platform Certifications, such as PL-100 (Power Platform App Maker) or PL-400 (Power Platform Developer).

- Extended Platform Experience : Practical experience with other components of the Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and working with Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service/CDS).
