Role : Senior DevOps Engineer

Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. This is a fully remote position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust, scalable, and secure CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure within the Azure cloud environment. This role demands deep expertise in Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), monitoring, and platform management best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

CI/CD Leadership :

Design, implement, and maintain complex Azure DevOps solutions, including :

- Creating and optimizing Build & Release Pipelines (YAML/Classic) for automated testing and

deployment.

- Managing shared resources within the Azure DevOps Library (Variable Groups, Secure Files).

- Utilizing Test Plans for quality assurance integration into the pipeline.

- Managing application dependencies and packages using Artifacts.

Azure Cloud Infrastructure :

Architect, deploy, and manage core services within the Azure

Cloud Environment, focusing on :

- Securing credentials and secrets using Azure Key Vaults.

- Managing containerized applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

- Maintaining and optimizing container images in Azure Container Registries.

- Provisioning and managing Virtual Machines (VMs) as needed.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) :

- Drive infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform or ARM Templates to ensure environments are consistent, repeatable, and scalable.

Monitoring & Alerting :

- Implement comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Datadog or Azure Monitor/Azure Insights to ensure high availability, performance, and proactive issue detection.

Platform Management & Best Practices :

- Promote and enforce DevOps and Platform Management Best Practices, focusing on security, cost optimization, reliability, and automation across the organization.

Problem-Solving :

- Utilize Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure, application, and pipeline issues quickly and effectively.

Remote Collaboration :

- Actively participate in team collaboration, being willing to join camera when required for meetings, discussions, and pair programming.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications :

- 10+ Years of professional experience in IT, with significant time spent in a dedicated DevOps/Cloud Engineering role.

- Expert-level proficiency with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Artifacts, Library, Test Plans).

- Deep practical experience with core Azure Cloud Environment services (Key Vaults, AKS, Container Registries, VMs).

- Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform or ARM Templates.

- Hands-on experience implementing and managing enterprise-level monitoring with Datadog or Azure Insights.

- Demonstrated ability to apply DevOps & Platform Management Best Practices (e.g., GitOps,

security standards).

- Exceptional Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills under pressure.
