- Role: Performance Tester (JMeter Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Neoload).

- Conduct load, stress, endurance, scalability, and volume testing based on project requirements.

- Analyse performance bottlenecks across application, database, and infrastructure layers.

- Work closely with development, DevOps, and architecture teams to identify root causes and recommend optimizations.

- Prepare detailed performance test reports and share insights with stakeholders.

- Develop performance test strategies, plans, scenarios, and workload models.

- Monitor system performance using tools like Grafana, Kibana, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or similar APM tools.

- Ensure test environments are properly configured and scaled for performance testing activities.

- Participate in capacity planning, performance tuning, and system health assessments.

- Stay updated with best practices, automation approaches, and latest performance engineering trends.

Required Skills & Expertise:

- Strong hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar).

- Expertise in scripting, parameterization, and correlation.

- Solid understanding of system architecture, web technologies, APIs, microservices, and databases.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and performance testing integration (Jenkins, Git, etc.).

- Proficiency in monitoring and analysis tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana).

- Ability to identify bottlenecks in CPU, memory, network, and application layers.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and documentation skills
