Hexaware is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Generative AI Expert to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time (FTE) role where you'll be instrumental in developing and implementing cutting-edge GenAI solutions. Notice Period : 0 to 20 days (Candidates currently serving their notice period are preferred)

Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of innovative Generative AI solutions and applications.

- Design and implement Large Language Model (LLM) architectures and advanced Prompt Engineering techniques.

- Develop and fine-tune AI models using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into various products and services.

- Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure to deploy and manage scalable AI solutions.

- Research and stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI and Multi-modal AI to drive continuous innovation.

- Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices in GenAI development.

Required Skills :

- Generative AI : Strong, hands-on experience in developing and deploying GenAI models.

- Python : Expert-level proficiency in Python programming.

- Cloud : Solid experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and/or Azure.

- LLM & Prompt Engineering : In-depth knowledge of LLM architectures and advanced prompt engineering.

- Frameworks : Hands-on experience with at least one major deep learning framework, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.

- Multi-modal AI : Familiarity with concepts and applications of multi-modal AI.
