AI/ML Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Developer to join our team. You'll be instrumental in developing and deploying cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI and MLOps. This role requires a hands-on approach to building production-grade ML pipelines and a deep understanding of the full machine learning lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Hands-on Development : Design, develop, and deploy robust AI and machine learning models, with a focus on Generative AI.

- Production-Grade Pipelines : Build and manage end-to-end, production-ready machine learning pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability.

- MLOps and Lifecycle Management : Implement MLOps best practices to manage the entire ML lifecycle, from data ingestion to model serving.

- Tooling Expertise : Utilize tools such as MLFlow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, and Airflow to streamline ML workflows.

- Cloud and Infrastructure : Work extensively in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure), leveraging services for model training and deployment.

- Containerization : Use Docker and Kubernetes to containerize and orchestrate applications and models.

- CI/CD : Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment process.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Generative AI Development : Develop and fine-tune models using OpenAI, Claude, and other Generative AI tools.

- API Development : Build and deploy robust APIs using frameworks like FastAPI to serve models.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Python Proficiency : Strong expertise in Python for machine learning and development.

- Core ML Frameworks : Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and other key machine learning libraries.

- Generative AI : Proven experience with Generative AI models and concepts.

- MLOps : Practical experience with MLOps principles and tools.

- Cloud Platforms : Solid experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Containerization : Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- API Development : Familiarity with building APIs, preferably with FastAPI.

- Notice Period : Ability to join within 30 days.
