About the Role :

Were hiring an E-Commerce QA Associate with a strong functional testing background to validate and enhance the performance of our e-commerce platform.

Youll be responsible for ensuring that each release is accurate, bug-free, and aligned with business workflows.

Responsibilities :

- Perform end-to-end functional testing for e-commerce modules : Product Catalog, Cart, Checkout, Payments, and Order Tracking.

- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with product, dev, and business teams.

- Log and track defects; verify fixes and retests before deployment.

- Validate integrations with ERP, CRM, Payment Gateways, and Logistics APIs.

- Create and manage test cases, regression suites, and test reports.

- Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) and testing documentation.

- Participate in Agile sprints, reviews, and release readiness sessions.

Key Skills :

- Shopify / Magento / WooCommerce / Salesforce Commerce Cloud

- MS Excel | Jira | TestRail | API Testing | Defect Tracking

- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

- Understanding of data validation and end-user experience testing.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering.

- 2 to 4 years of QA / Functional Testing experience in e-commerce projects.

- Exposure to automation or API testing tools (Postman, Selenium, etc.) is a plus.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
