The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable data engineering systems. They should have a proven track record of delivering robust and efficient solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include :

- Designing and implementing scalable and efficient architectures for ELT systems and data pipelines

- Leading the design of RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless integration and interaction with data systems

- Recommending tools, frameworks, and platforms (i.e., Snowflake, Redshift, PostgreSQL) to meet current and future business needs

- Working closely with data engineers, software developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs

- Creating detailed architectural documentation to guide implementation and maintenance

Required Skills and Experience Include :

- Expertise in designing ELT systems and scalable data pipelines

- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development

- Proficiency in Java and SQL; experience with PostgreSQL

- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and Redshift

- Strong knowledge of relational database systems and query optimization

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on scalability and reliability

- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
