Revalsys Technologies - Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

Business & Functional Responsibilities :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and requirements

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions (workshops, interviews, JAD sessions)

- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Use Cases, User Stories, and Process Flows

- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility assessment

- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams

- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution

- Act as a liaison between business, product, development, QA, and external vendors

- Assist in change management, release planning, and post-implementation support

Technical Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with architects and developers to define technical solutions

- Understand system integrations, APIs, data flows, and application architecture

- Participate in solution design discussions and validate technical feasibility

- Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard requirements

- Review technical specifications and ensure alignment with business needs

Technical Skills (Mandatory / Preferred) :

Core Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of SDLC & Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools

- Knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML

- Hands-on experience with SQL (queries, joins, data validation)

- Understanding of databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

- Experience with data modeling, ER diagrams, and process modeling tools

Tools & Technologies :

Process Modeling :

- Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, BPMN tools

Documentation :

- MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Reporting & Analytics (preferred) :

- Power BI, Tableau, Excel Advanced

Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
