- We are seeking a Junior Flutter Developer with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in developing applications using Flutter and Dart. The role involves working on both mobile applications (Android/iOS) and Progressive Web Apps (PWA). The selected candidate will also undergo structured training and mentorship sessions from senior developers to enhance technical and project-related skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter for Android, iOS, and Web (PWA).

- Build responsive and adaptive UIs that function smoothly across devices and screen sizes.

- Collaborate with the backend team for API integration and data management.

- Implement state management using Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC.

- Participate in code reviews, follow coding standards, and apply feedback from seniors.

- Assist in app deployment processes for Play Store, App Store, and web environments.

- Identify and fix bugs, optimize performance, and ensure consistent UI/UX.

- Stay updated with the latest Flutter and PWA trends, plugins, and frameworks.

- Attend regular training sessions and mentorship programs led by senior Flutter developers to improve coding efficiency, architecture understanding, and best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Solid understanding of Flutter, Dart, and cross-platform development concepts.

- Basic experience in developing PWAs using Flutter (service workers, caching, offline support).

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON handling, and local storage (Hive/SQLite).

- Understanding of state management and responsive design.

- Experience using Git for version control.

- Eagerness to learn, take feedback positively, and grow within the team.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging).

- Exposure to Flutter Web performance tuning and browser compatibility handling.

- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

- Understanding of app publishing for mobile and hosting for web (PWA).

- Awareness of security practices and SEO considerations for PWAs.
