We are looking for a skilled React.js & Next.js Front-End Developer to join our team to build modern, dashboard-based web applications for a capital-raising platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience developing responsive and scalable frontend applications using React.js and Next.js, integrating APIs, and building interactive, swipe-based and pipeline-style dashboard interfaces.

The candidate should be comfortable working with UI/UX designs, developing reusable components, and optimizing application performance across different browsers and devices.

Technical Requirements :

UI Development :

- Build modern user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).

- Convert Figma or design mockups into pixel-perfect React components.

- Develop responsive layouts compatible with desktop and mobile devices.

- Create reusable and scalable UI components.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.

Next.js Application Development :

- Build application routing and page structure using the Next.js App Router.

- Use server-side rendering (SSR) and static generation (SSG) where appropriate for performance.

- Implement Next.js API routes to support lightweight frontend-side data handling where needed.

- Optimize application performance and page load times.

State Management & Data Handling :

- Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or similar state management libraries.

- Handle asynchronous operations and API data flows effectively.

- Implement efficient data handling and caching strategies.

API Integration :

- Integrate frontend applications with backend services using REST APIs.

- Use tools such as Axios or Fetch API for data communication.

- Handle authentication, token management, and secure API communication.

Dashboard & Web Application Development :

- Develop interactive founder and investor dashboards with real-time data updates.

- Build a swipe-based matching interface and an investor deal pipeline board.

- Implement data visualization using libraries such as Chart.js, Recharts, or similar tools.

- Build modular UI structures for scalable applications.

Navigation & User Experience :

- Implement routing using the Next.js router.

- Manage application state across multiple screens (founder view, investor view, deal pipeline).

- Ensure smooth navigation and user-friendly interface interactions.

Performance Optimization :

- Implement code splitting and lazy loading.

- Optimize rendering performance using memoization and efficient component design.

- Reduce bundle size and improve application performance.

Security & Best Practices :

- Follow best practices for secure frontend development.

- Prevent common vulnerabilities such as XSS attacks.

- Implement secure authentication flows where required.

Additional Considerations :

- Experience working with dashboard or enterprise web applications.

- Familiarity with TypeScript is an advantage.

- Experience working with Git-based version control systems.

- Ability to collaborate with designers and backend developers.
