Description: We are looking for an AI Engineer / Developer who can design, build, and scale LLM-powered applications and intelligent systems. You will work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to build agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and real-time AI infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build LLM-based applications (RAG, agents, copilots)
- Develop end-to-end AI pipelines (data ingestion ? embedding ? retrieval ? generation)
- Build and optimize real-time AI systems with low latency
- Work on agent orchestration frameworks (multi-agent workflows, tool calling)
- Implement context management systems (memory, session state, knowledge graphs)
- Integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, and frontend applications
- Optimize prompts, models, and pipelines for accuracy, cost, and latency
- Deploy scalable systems using cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS)
Required Skills:
- Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory)
- Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with :
1. RAG architectures
2. Vector databases (Pinecone, Pgvector)
3. Embedding models
- Solid understanding of :
1. APIs, microservices
2. Backend systems (Node.js / Python)
- Experience with Postgres / BigQuery / NoSQL systems
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation techniques
- Understanding of latency optimization in AI systems
Good to Have (High Impact):
- Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Mastra, etc.)
- Knowledge of streaming systems (Kafka, WebRTC, real-time pipelines)
- Experience building AI copilots / internal tools
- Exposure to frontend frameworks (React) for AI integration
