About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled FreeSWITCH Developer to join our team at Webvio Technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, configuring, and managing FreeSWITCH-based VoIP and PBX solutions, with strong knowledge of SIP protocols and VoIP fundamentals. Prior exposure to the PBX or BPO industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Set up, configure, and maintain FreeSWITCH systems for production and development environments.

- Develop, customize, and optimize call flows, IVR applications, SIP trunking, and conferencing solutions.

- Integrate FreeSWITCH with databases, APIs, and third-party applications.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to call quality, signaling, and media.

- Ensure system stability, scalability, and high availability.

- Perform regular system performance tuning and updates.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust VoIP and PBX solutions

Required Skillsets :

- Strong hands-on experience in FreeSWITCH development and configuration.

- Solid understanding of SIP, RTP, and VoIP protocols.

- Proficiency in programming with C, Python, or Lua.

- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

- Knowledge of Linux/Unix-based environments.

- Familiarity with debugging VoIP traffic using tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, or sngrep.

- Exposure to PBX/BPO systems is highly desirable.

- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
