SD Resources (2 required)
- Deal-breaker requirement : strong Salesforce.com integration experience
- All O2C originates in Salesforce; SAP SD is downstream.
- Will be supporting a full O2C redesign project starting January.
- Must have conversion experience for SD (O2C conversions).
- No specific details given but expected to support fast cycle builds and integrations.
SD (Sales & Distribution) Requirements :
- Must have exp on salesforce.com tool
- Redesign entire project / re-implement analytic business
- Need dedicated SD resources with strong understanding of SD integrations.
- Must understand transaction origination patterns across global business units.
- Should be capable of working independently on integration-heavy initiatives.
Skills and Competencies :
- Minimum six years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA SD module including
configuration, customization and enhancement.
- Strong functional expertise of order-to-cash business processes with cross functional
integration knowledge and Customer Billing, Credit Management.
- Experience with global SAP implementations including regions such as US, EMEA, APAC, and
LATAM.
- Experience in SAP integrations (inbound/outbound) with Salesforce (SFDC)
- Expertise in SAP SD integration with Vertex or similar tax solutions for tax determination and
calculation.
- Practical experience in designing, customizing, and troubleshooting Global Invoice Templates,
including form building using tools like Adobe Forms or SmartForms.
- Preferred : Knowledge of ABAP and debugging skills; experience in developing and conducting end-user training.
- Collaborative & Independent Working Style : Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments while effectively collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external consulting partners in a global matrix structure.

Responsibilities :
- Support SAP Finance and SD Functions : Provide end-to-end support for SAP Finance and S/4HANA SD modules, including troubleshooting, configuration, maintenance, and enhancements to meet business needs.
- Business Process Analysis & Solutioning : Conduct detailed analysis of complex business requirements, translate them into system solutions, and identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Configuration & Customization : Perform hands-on configuration and customization of SAP S/4HANA SD module; design, structure, and implement solutions aligned with internal
standards and business objectives.
- Workshops & Requirement Gathering : Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements, ensuring accurate documentation and mapping to system functionalities.
- Functional Documentation & Testing : Create and maintain functional design documents, test cases, and test results; support full-cycle testing activities and address any identified issues or gaps.
- Reporting & Query Development : Support reporting and data needs by defining specifications, coordinating report/query development, conducting testing, and ensuring data
integrity.
- Training & User Support : Train, coach, and mentor SAP Super Users, Business Process Owners, and Leads; provide guidance to junior staff on user issues and project-related activities.
- Incident & Request Resolution : Resolve service request tickets in line with SLAs and act as a liaison between the business and technical teams for issue analysis and resolution.
- Deployment & Post-Production Support : Support the deployment of production applications, manage post-go-live activities, and contribute to successful cutovers and system transitions.
