These teams establish best practices, promote standardization, drive user adoption, help with training, development, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.

Lets talk about the role :

- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of test automation engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Develop, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks for Oracle ERP and Fusion modules (e.g., Manufacturing, Financials, SCM, etc.).

- Lead the creation and execution of automated test plans and test scripts to ensure Oracle ERP functionality meets design specifications.

- Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality assurance.

- Drive automation coverage across regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.

- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure automation efforts align with business goals.

- Provide regular reporting on test automation progress, coverage, and overall product quality.

- Partner with Oracle ERP implementation teams to ensure smooth integration of automation frameworks during upgrades or new implementations.

- Advocate and promote automation best practices, including reusable components, data-driven testing, and modular automation scripts.

- Stay updated on emerging trends in test automation and bring innovative solutions to improve the efficiency of ERP testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation, with at least 5+ years focused on Oracle ERP systems.

- Experience leading a test automation team or managing QA projects in a large enterprise setting.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, SCM, or Procurement.

- Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Opkey, and/or other Oracle test automation tools.

- Solid understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC), test planning, and execution in an Agile environment.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation within DevOps practices (e.g., Jenkins, Git).

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) and SQL for backend validations and ERP data verifications.
