Resillion - Testing Delivery Manager - Software Quality Assurance

Role Overview :

As a Testing Delivery Manager at Resillion, you will be responsible for leading and managing testing projects and teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and testing teams to define testing strategies, plan testing activities, and monitor progress against agreed-upon timelines and budgets. Your role is critical in ensuring client satisfaction and driving the growth of our testing services.

- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans aligned with client requirements and project objectives.

- Oversee the execution of testing activities, including test case design, test execution, and defect management, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project

status, risks, and issues.

- Manage client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expanding Resillion's services.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes, methodologies, and tools.

- Manage the financial aspects of testing projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost

control.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage testing projects and teams in a fast-paced

environment.

- Proven expertise in developing and implementing testing strategies and plans.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.

- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

- Experience with various testing types, including functional, performance, security, and automation testing.

- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
