We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Azure & Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our dynamic IT team in Bangalore.

In this hybrid role, you will take full ownership of our Azure Cloud infrastructure and Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless business operations.

This position requires deep expertise in managing end-to-end Microsoft 365 services, with proven experience in tenant-to-tenant migrations, and strong technical capabilities across Intune, Security, Compliance, SharePoint, Teams, and Intranet platforms.

You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, strengthening our cloud environment, and enabling business collaboration at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure, including provisioning, monitoring, scaling, backup, and disaster recovery.

- Hands-on experience in Azure subscription management, provisioning VMs, setting up storage accounts, and DNS management.

- Manage Microsoft 365 services end-to-end, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Security, Compliance, and Intranet platforms.

- Lead and execute Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, ensuring minimal business disruption.

- Implement and manage identity and access solutions (Azure Active Directory (Azure Entra Identity), AD Connect, ADFS), conditional access, and MFA.

- Oversee device management and security with Microsoft Intune, design policies & profile for enrollment, Microsoft Defender, compliance, and application deployment.

- Ensure adherence to security and compliance frameworks; proactively assess risks and implement remediation.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents related to Azure and M365 services; act as an escalation point for critical issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects, including migrations, integrations, and automation initiatives.

- Maintain accurate documentation of environments, configurations, and operational procedures.

- Stay updated on Azure and Microsoft 365 advancements, tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- 811 years of proven experience managing Azure environments and Microsoft 365 services in enterprise settings.

- Strong expertise across Microsoft 365 core services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Security, Compliance, Intranet).

- (Must) experience in Microsoft 365 tenant migrations and complex multi-tenant environments.

- Comprehensive understanding of identity management (Azure AD, Active Directory, SSO, MFA).

- Strong knowledge of compliance standards and security best practices.

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert).

- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations and complex migration scenarios.

- Hands-on experience managing hybrid environments and integrating on-premises infrastructure with cloud services.

- Strong proficiency in automation and scripting using tools such as PowerShell and Azure CLI.
