Job Summary :

We are seeking a Medior Test Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca to support and enhance our automated testing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior automation engineers, QA team members, and business stakeholders to design, execute, and maintain model-based automation test suites for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca.

- Perform application scanning and build reusable Tosca modules.

- Execute functional and regression automation suites.

- Work with model-based, data-driven test automation.

- Analyze automation execution results and log defects accurately.

- Maintain automation assets to ensure stability and low maintenance.

- Collaborate with manual testers, developers, and business analysts.

- Support sprint-based testing and release validation activities.

- Follow QA best practices within Agile delivery teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 - 7 years of total QA experience, with significant hands-on experience in Tosca automation.

- Strong understanding of :

1. Tricentis Tosca concepts (Modules, TestCases, ExecutionLists).

2. Model-Based Test Automation.

3. Functional and Regression Testing :

- Experience testing enterprise applications (Banking / Insurance / ERP preferred).

- Good understanding of STLC, SDLC, and defect management.

- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Education Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (mandatory).

Good to Have :

- Tosca certification (AS1 / AS2).

- Basic exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)

- API testing experience using Tosca.

- Knowledge of SAP or packaged enterprise applications.
