Resiliency Tester - Software Quality Assurance

Role : Resiliency Tester

We are hiring a Resiliency Tester to validate the stability, scalability, and disaster recovery capabilities of enterprise applications. The role involves designing resiliency test strategies and identifying vulnerabilities across systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct stress, load, and failure testing to identify weak points.

- Analyze system behavior under failure conditions and provide actionable insights.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for failures and recommend architecture/process improvements.

- Monitor system logs and behavior during tests, documenting risks and mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for corrective measures.

Preferred Skills :

- Strong understanding of system architecture, networking, and DB management.

- Hands-on experience with JMeter, RPT, scripting in Python/Java.

- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP cloud testing.

- Exposure to DevOps processes, automation, and cybersecurity principles.
