- Monitor storage performance, usage trends, and availability; proactively manage capacity and resolve issues.

- Perform storage provisioning, zoning, and LUN mapping for servers and applications.

- Develop and maintain storage-related documentation, including architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and runbooks.

- Manage data replication, snapshots, backup/restore operations, and disaster recovery strategies.

- Work closely with server, virtualization, and backup teams to support enterprise infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.

Requirements :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing SAN and NAS environments in a mid to large enterprise.

- Strong knowledge of protocols such as iSCSI, FC (Fibre Channel), NFS, and CIFS/SMB.

- Experience with storage platforms like NetApp ONTAP, Dell EMC VNX/Unity, HPE 3PAR/Nimble, or IBM Storwize.

- Familiarity with storage management and monitoring tools (e.g., Brocade SANnav, NetApp Active IQ, Dell EMC Unisphere).

- Understanding of RAID configurations, disk tiering, thin provisioning, and storage deduplication.

- Basic understanding of backup technologies (e.g., Commvault, Veeam, NetBackup).

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
