Title : Resident Engineer (RE)

Location : Mumbai (Navi Mumbai) - Onsite

Education & Certifications :

Required : BE / B.Tech / MCA

Preferred : Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CWNA

Experience & Domain Expertise :

- Minimum 3 years of TAC (Technical Assistance Center) experience in the networking domain

- Hands-on experience with Arista equipment is a strong advantage

- Familiarity with Spine-Leaf Architecture (L2LS/L3LS), MLAG, VXLAN, EVPN, BGP, OSPF, and other networking protocols

Key Technical Skills :

- Packet-level troubleshooting and deep diagnostic skills

- Technical support for hardware/software issues

- Network operations including audits, configuration reviews, and lifecycle management

- Automation using Arista APIs

- Documentation updates for HLD/LLD and network diagrams

- UAT and hardening of newly deployed switches

- Upgrade management - OS patches, vulnerability fixes

- Monitoring & reporting - Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports

- Shift-based work in a data center environment

- Coordination with Arista TAC and internal teams

Soft Skills :

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

- Proven ability to deliver tasks on time with high quality
