Role Summary :

As a Research & Development Lead (Innovation Tech Lead), you will drive the strategy, design, and development of advanced products and tools within a high-impact product division.

Youll collaborate with talented engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and adaptable solutions, enhancing market presence and client confidence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategy & Roadmap : Develop and execute comprehensive product and tool development strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Design & Architecture : Architect innovative solutions with a focus on scalability, flexibility, maintainability, and security.

- Technology Selection : Evaluate and select modern technologies, including low-code/no-code platforms, to accelerate delivery.

- Team Leadership : Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring high performance and technical excellence.

- Performance Optimization : Oversee optimization efforts, addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

- Quality Assurance : Establish robust testing frameworks and automation tools to ensure product reliability.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with developers, architects, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to align technical decisions with business goals.

- Documentation & Governance : Maintain clear documentation and establish governance standards for consistency and compliance.

- Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.

- Security & Compliance : Implement security measures and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

- Technical Support : Provide support for product-related issues, collaborating with various teams for timely resolution.

- Analytics & Insights : Leverage analytics to track product usage and performance, driving data-informed enhancements.

Job Requirements :

Experience : Total 12+ years in software/product with at least 3+ years in Research & Development (Innovation/R&D) roles.

Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in software development, design, and architecture.

- Proven experience in product/tool development and deployment in production environments.

- Good knowledge of microservices, containers, orchestration, and service mesh.

- Proficiency in Java and Python; strong familiarity with frameworks like Spring Boot and Django.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

Methodologies :

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and automated deployment processes.

Soft Skills :

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Desirable Skills :

- Certifications in cloud, DevOps, or architecture.

- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.

- Ability to lead multiple projects and distributed teams.
