Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or a related technical field, providing a strong foundation in software and systems concepts

5-8 years of experience in technical program or project management within a software or SaaS organization, managing multiple initiatives concurrently

Proven experience in managing end-to-end software development lifecycles, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies and iterative delivery models

Strong technical understanding of modern web-based or cloud-based applications, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment and execution across teams

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and modern collaboration tools such as Slack and Notion for tracking, documentation, and communication

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a mid-sized organization (200-1000 employees), contributing to the scaling of processes, delivery frameworks, and execution models

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with familiarity with DevOps practices and workflows

Possession of PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications, demonstrating formal training in project and program management

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across engineering, design, and business functions
